How can we help?

Occasionally there can be sync errors when donors/contacts are deleted or merged in Salesforce and we still reference the old data.

To correct this:

  1. Log into the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
  2. Navigate to the campaign on which you'd like to resync records.
  3. Select System > Integrations > Salesforce
  4. Under the "Advanced" section, click the "View/Edit Synced Records" button

Once you locate the errored Donation record/s, select them and in the "Mass Action" drop-down click "the "Resync" option.

Note: Please check Salesforce and make sure all the records you are trying to push are not in Salesforce. Resyncing already pushed records might create duplicate records.
