How can we help?

Rallybound allows organizations to manage their various campaigns by grouping them in the admin. To find out about creating groups, click here. To move campaigns or groups between your groups, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your admin account at admin.rallybound.com
  2. Navigate to the location of your desired groups or campaigns, and select the groups or campaigns you'd like to move
    Tip! Select multiple groups or campaigns by holding the shift or ctrl key when selecting
  3. Click the "Move to Group" icon above the campaign list (you need to have Entire Org permissions in order to move campaigns into a group)
  4. In the Move to Group interface, navigate to the desired group.
    Tip! You can either select the desired group or navigate to within the desired group and not select anything to achieve the same results
  5. Click "Move". The selected groups or campaigns should now be in the desired group!

Campaigns and groups can be moved out of groups in the same way. In step 4, the Move to Group interface will open into the existing group. To move to a group above, click the back-arrow icon.
