How can we help?

For organizations that require registrants to sign a waiver, administrators can edit the waiver text in the Admin by following these steps:

  1. Log into the Admin at
  2. Navigate to the entity (organization, group, or campaign) on which you'd like to configure this dictionary term. Click here to learn more about inherited settings.
  3. Click the "Forms" tab
  4. Click "Customize" in the left sidebar
  5. Click on the Page Term titled "Various - Waiver for RSVP / Full Registration" — it's near the bottom
  6. Edit your waiver content in the text field
  7. Once complete, click "Done"

To enable the waiver in your registration process:

  1. Navigate to "Forms"
  2. Click "Registration Settings" in the left sidebar

  3. Locate and enable the "RSVP Waiver" Registration Option
