How can we help?

Rallybound allows organizations to manage different security roles across an organization, groups, and campaigns. To edit an administrator security role (only applicable to administrators with full permissions to the entire organization), please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Admin at admin.rallybound.com
  2. Navigate to the Organization tab in the header
  3. Navigate to the Security Roles sub-tab, click on the security role from the list.
  4. Edit your role as applicable. Be sure to expand the permissions tree which displays all available permission categories.
  5. For each permission category, update the permission type (Can View, Can Edit, Can Delete). If you want to remove any permissions for a certain category/categories, select None.
  6. Once done, click Save button in the top right of the permission window.

The permission role will be updated for all administrators it was assigned to.
