How can we help?

Users can follow these steps to change their email address:

  1. Log into your campaign site
  2. Click your profile image in the top right
  3. Click "Profile"
  4. In the profile tab, click "Update" next to the email field
  5. In the ensuing lightbox, enter your existing password and new email
  6. Click Save button in the bottom to save the changes


The option to update email address will not appear to managed users. To change the email address in this scenario, log in as the primary user (via the profile dropdown — the primary user is the one with the star next to their name) and change the email address from there. Managed users can also be separated from the shared account by clicking "Manage Own Account" in the profile section.
