Administrators may edit almost any element of a donation after it is submitted. To add or edit the donation message, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Admin at
  2. Navigate to the campaign to which the donation was submitted
  3. Click the "Transactions" tab
  4. Click "Donations" in the left sidebar
  5. Select the donation record you'd like to edit
  6. Click "Edit"
  7. Edit the "Donation Message" field
  8. Save
