You will be set up with a Basecamp project, which is shared with the RallyBound team. In that project, there is a to-do list, which delineates the steps required to launch your site. Some of those to-dos are to be completed by our team, and some will need to be completed by you. Specifically, you will need to:
Provide us with branding and design elements.
- Choose a template for your site, and indicate any specific customizations you will need.
- Provide a URL at which you will be hosting your fundraising site, and relevant information.
RallyBound offers flexible payment processing options, allowing you to accept credit card payments from most payment providers. The default payment provider that RallyBound integrates with is WePay. WePay is a robust and flexible system that makes it easy to accept donations at a price that's cheaper than most other providers. To set up payment processing with WePay, see here. Registration Process — Options
At RallyBound, we understand that different organizations might have different needs when it comes to the user sign up process. For example, some organizations might want to include product and pricing details in the process, while others may want a simple, one-step action. To accommodate all the options, we provide multiple flexible sign up options for organizations to choose from and deploy to their users. For more information, see here.
We also allow for organizations to modify their particular registration process by adding custom registration fields for users to submit during the process. For example, you can sell products or capture the gender of the registrant in custom registration fields. For information on how to create custom registration fields, see here.
To automate the the process of sending confirmation emails, RallyBound features robust auto responders which are automatically generated and sent based on specific criteria. For example, when a new user signs up, they will receive a congratulatory email, with some next steps. Administrators are able to edit the text of the auto responders, allowing them to customize and personalize their campaign. For information on how to edit auto responders, see here.
We want you to make your campaign your very own. To that end, we encourage you to visit the Settings section in the admin panel to modify your campaign to be exactly as you want it to be. Some things you will find in that section include: campaign information, campaign defaults for goals and teams, organization information, default donation options, and email options. In addition to those settings, you can also modify your campaign dictionary (which dictates various universal settings across your site), modify defaults for personal and team fundraising pages, and edit the content on your site, among many other options.
